The exact services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be agreed with the client before work begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate and complete information, content, images, product details, account access, and other materials required to deliver the services.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to Digi Daddy are legally owned or authorized for use.

Delays in providing required information or access may affect project timelines.

3. Payments

Fees and payment schedules will be communicated through the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • The client must make payments according to the agreed schedule.
  • Work may be delayed or suspended if payments are overdue.
  • Advertising budgets and third-party platform charges are separate from Digi Daddy’s service fees unless specifically included in the agreed quotation.
  • Applicable taxes will be charged where required.

4. SEO & Marketing Results

Digi Daddy uses professional strategies to improve online visibility, traffic, leads, and sales.

However, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

We do not guarantee specific:

  • Google rankings
  • Website traffic
  • Leads or sales
  • Advertising ROI/ROAS
  • Marketplace rankings
  • Marketplace sales
  • Social media growth

Results depend on factors including competition, budget, market conditions, product quality, website performance, customer demand, and third-party platform changes.

5. Marketplace Services

Digi Daddy may assist with marketplace onboarding, product listings, catalogue management, advertising, and account management.

Marketplace platforms control their own approval processes, policies, rankings, algorithms, fees, and account decisions.

Therefore, Digi Daddy does not guarantee marketplace account approval, listing approval, rankings, sales, or continued account access.

6. Website Development

Website development projects will be completed according to the agreed scope.

Requests outside the agreed scope, including additional pages, features, integrations, revisions, or custom development, may incur additional charges.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving website content and business information before publication.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Digi Daddy may use or manage third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Meesho, Shopify, WordPress, hosting providers, and other services.

Digi Daddy does not control these platforms and is not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, algorithm changes, account restrictions, fees, or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

Digi Daddy retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, processes, templates, tools, strategies, and proprietary resources.

Client-owned content and materials remain the property of the client.

Ownership or usage rights for custom project deliverables will be determined by the applicable agreement and payment terms.

9. Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate a service arrangement according to the applicable agreement.

Digi Daddy may suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment, unlawful requests, misuse of services, or material violation of these Terms.

Fees for work already completed remain payable.

10. Limitation of Liability

Digi Daddy will not be liable, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or services, including loss of revenue, profits, sales, leads, rankings, advertising performance, or marketplace performance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website and submission of personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law
